Our trip was amazing and everything went smoothly. We were met at the airport by your local representative who handled our transportation to the Car Rental Company. Our car rental included a gps and cell phone which were both amazingly great to have! Our hotel stays were great and carefree. The shuttles to our daily excursions took the guessing out of timing and directions. We canyoned, had a night tour in Areanl, zip-lined in Monteverde, took a guided tour at Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve, and toured the Don Juan Coffee Plantation. We loved all of our tours and it was a trip we`ll never forget. We will definitely recommend you to our friends.

Everything went very smoothly. Driver was waiting to take us to Arenal. The Mountain Paradise was beautiful. Enjoyed the tours around Arenal - Especially the Horseback ride and Tabacon. Transfer to Monteverde was flawless. Fond Vela hotel was nice (but isolated) - exactly as described.

I am writing to let you know that we had a fantastic trip! We were on our honeymoon and had an absolutely fabulous time! The pickup at the airport was very easy as we didn`t have to think about anything. The folks at the car rental were very helpful and got us on our way. The hotels were great and the whole trip was a big positive experience. We were also very impressed with your local provider as they called us at our hotel at the beginning and end of the trip to ensure everything was going fine. What a wonderful trip we had to Costa Rica! It was our first time ever traveling to Central America. We were happy to find the accommodations, transportation and staff we encountered to be over the top helpful and welcoming and fluent in English. All in all, we had a wonderful trip. I would definitely not recommend the Hotel Corteza Amarilla, or stay there again. This was the one and only blip in our entire trip. We felt very safe everywhere we went and had no problem at all getting in touch with the tour company. I will most definitely use this website again for future travel.

Had a great time. The Hotels were wonderful. Hotel Nayara near La Fortuna was really beautiful. Secluded rooms, nice resturant, pool area and very accomadating staff. Had a direct view of the volcano. Fonda Vela in Montverde was also very nice. I would recommend either hotel to anyone. Transfers were all on time and prompt. Easy to get information and take tours at wach hotel. Just an outstanding time. We used your website to Panama and Belize and had great service and enjoyable times each time.

We worked with April for our booking. She was so helpful and very responsive to our questions handling most thru email.

We got your website via travelzoo deals. We didn`t end up using the website because we had a custom tour that April helped us with. We booked air, 4 nights and car thru April because he had a specific hotel that your website didn’t offer as a choice for us. We were also able to buy travel insurance thru you that was very very cost effective vs. trying to do on our own.

Hello. Our vacation was absolutely wonderful. We were met at the airport in a prompt, organized, and courteous fashion, taken to the car rental company where everything was thoroughly explained, and then set off on our adventure. All 3 properties (Magic Mountain, Trapp Family Lodge, Corteza Amarilla) were comfortable and unique. The staff at each hotel was helpful and friendly and not once did we encounter any hassles or rudeness. The activities we did were also amazing. We found the people of Costa Rica to be friendly, the food excellent, and the natural beauty of the country inspiring. We constantly commented on how professional and organized everything was! I would not hesitate to recommend Costa Rica or your website to others. Thank you.

Our vacation was wonderful!
All of the hotels were very nice. The Britannia Hotel was lovely and convenient. The restaurant service was spotty, at times excellent, at others indifferent. But I would stay there again. We loved Lagarta Lodge for its view, porch, and restaurant. I could have happily stayed at Lagarta Lodge for the entire trip! Trapp Family Lodge was also nice, although the restaurant seemed to close a little earlier than the posted hours in the evening...but perhaps because it is not high season. The customer service at the front desk was excellent. Arenal Manoa was a beautiful hotel; I loved that we had such privacy, beautiful landscaping, and a great view of the volcano. The room exceeded my expectations. The service at breakfast was slow, but other than that, our stay was excellent.
As for transfers, everything went very smoothly. We were met and guided at the airport; everyone was very friendly and helpful. No issues with the rental car. We did not book any tours.
I am very satisfied with your website and your local provider. Everything went without a hitch, and I would book through your website again - no hesitation! I feel our vacation was an excellent value (approximately $2200 for two travelers for 9 days).
