Everything was wonderful......The hotels were great, we did upgrade to oceanfront at Hotel Playa Hermosa which was really worth it...the views from the other rooms were of the pool and gardens, but the oceanfront, with a large jacuzzi on the deck, and showering with views of the ocean, was just awesome. The staff at both hotels were helpful and friendly, especially at Play Hermosa...your company did a wonderful job in answering our questions and getting back to us on all matters. Yes, I would highly recommend your website to our family and friends.

Our vacation was wonderful. Both Hotels were great. The hotel Hot Springs Arenal was gorgeous and the service was first rate. Our last night there the remote for the A/C quit working, so they offered us another room. We did not take it as we were comfortable enough, but they did send a service man to try and fix it. The view from our room was awesome. The Hotel Bahia del Sol`s accommodations were very nice and their service staff would be hard to beat, although their cleaning staff lacked a few skills. We would definitely stay at both hotels again. The rental car is the only way to go, but be sure to get the GPS that is offered as many roads are not marked. Costa Rica is a beautiful country with many very nice people. We did not spend any time in the big cities as we were told they were full of crime. Next time I think we will spend some time in the southern regions. The northern regions were beautiful but we were told the southern regions were even more beautiful. That`s almost hard to believe it could be so. If you`re looking for a place to just chill out, Arenal would be a good choice. My wife and I can`t wait to go back to Costa Rica. Oh, the best time to go would be November and December.
